A Week Away from Mommy

I think it has been a harder weekend on this mommy than it has been on my little man that left for Papa and Nana's last Thurs.  I have heard the saying "There can be too much of a good thing" and it is so true of the silence in this house.  I keep trying to tell myself that it will be a good way for him to get ready for his first days of preschool later this month, but my heart keeps telling me otherwise.  I can't wait to see him and Gracie on Friday night at the Rodeo, but I have to conquer the rest of the week first.
