Finally Done!!!

Yes, we are done with William's food allergy testing.  We added, Peppers (a Mixture), Tomatoes, Strawberries, and  English & Black Walnuts.  It could have been so much worse so I am very thankful that wheat was not a 3.  So what now, if we have not seen a reaction in the past he is probably okay having it once in awhile but under close supervision in case a reaction would develop.  He has to wear/carry a Medical Alert Bracelet because of the corn and the meds and iv solutions that it is in and because of the tree nuts (we haven't seen a reaction to, but better to be cautious).  He also has to get an Epi-pen to have on hand just in case.  This has gone beyond what I ever would have imagined, but Dr. Berney wants us to be prepared for anything and I would rather be too.  So now hopefully William will be back on the road to being a normal kiddo except for all of the candy and such that he doesn't seem to miss anyways.
